Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was enjoyable and comfortable. We were impressed by the delicious breakfast selections and the spacious, well-equipped rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing quick communication through the Booking app. We appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities and the separate tables in the breakfast area for a more private dining experience. Despite a minor issue with the toilet, the front desk staff promptly provided a plunger and offered assistance. we had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The Desk person when checking in/out or asking Questions was a very kind, customer driven person that listened and seemed to really care. Many times the Desk Help is just "Muddling through". Not this guy, he should be commended.

Clean and comfy room with bunk beds and all the things you need. Slept like a baby in there. Awesome location right off I-70, couldn't be better! 😉

The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was spacious, and the room had a microwave and TV with lots of channels. I could control the room temperature too. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was a winner with so many choices to pick from! 🌟

The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. The pool was very warm. Was a nice break from driving as we were just passing through. The only qualm we had about it is the room wasn't equipped with a bath tub and we had to bathe our toddler after using the pool. Not sure if all the rooms are like that though.

The front desk staff was very nice, both at check in and out.

Tami, the receptionist at front-desk was extremely helpful when it turned out that Booked.net lost our reservation. We got better room that reserved and the room was quiet and clean. Large and comfy bed. Breakfast is not so good, moldy bread, they start cleaning food few mins before 9am. Great value for money.

Great location near the Limon Heritage Museum, delicious hot breakfast with a variety of choices, and exceptionally friendly staff make this hotel a top choice.

Overall, the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Took a while to get us checked in but that wasn't the staff's fault. I think it took 50 mouse clicks to check us in

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Lots of travelers that gobbled up the food as soon as it landed.

People upstairs very noisy til late. I know you can't control that but being on the second floor you tend to here people jumping around ALOT. OTHEREISE IT WAS A LOVELY STAY

During our last visit, we scored a super spacious room that was basically brand-new. It even had bunk beds! Plus, it was loaded with all the must-have amenities, like a 👌.

Staff was very pleasant and professional.

I got the impression that if I wasn't there by 6pm, my room would be given away. I secured it with a credit card. That should be enough. The pool looked cloudy and dirty, won't be swimming in that.
